Abstract:

The warm-hearted lecturer is visiting us amid busy work linking 2 big economies, U.S and Japan, as a representative of State of Montana, the sister city of Kumamoto. Her birds-eye view of administrative, cultural, and habitual state of the 2 regions gives us insight into their commonality and gaps, as well as career potential to be a linker.
