HIGO Research Presentation

Please go on the following procedure after determined the academic meetings and conferences which you will attend.

 

【Procedure】

1. Send the PDF files describing the following to Prof. Ogawa(ogawamin#kumamoto-u.ac.jp[#=@]) in advance.

-the documents discribing the period, venue and outline of the program of the conference

-the documents discribing students’ own presentation including a detailed program with the title and abstract

 

2. If authorized the conference as HIGO Research Presentation, students need to submit the report and above PDF files to the e-portfolio after the the conference.

 

Note:Please submit  far in advance as possible, there’s a possibility that your application will not be approved

depend on contents of  the academic meetings and conferences.
