Dear all HIGO students,
We sincerely hope you are staying safe and fine after the great earthquakes.
This email is to inform you regarding HIGO scholarship, evacuation to home country or to the other area of Japan, Cutting-edge Seminars etc.
This message will be sent as an e-mail and also a Facebook post.
【HIGO scholarship /April】
The scholarship will be transferred to your bank account on April 20 as usual.
*Abdullah-Al-Shoeb Mohammad, Hassan MD. Mahadi, the transfer to your bank account will be on April 25.
【HIGO scholarship /May】
In order to receive your May scholarship on May 20, you must sign to confirm your enrollment in the following offices on May 9 and 10; medical students in HIGO office, pharmaceutical students in Student Affairs Section, School of Pharmacy.
In case you cannot visit the offices by those days due to the evacuation, you must visit and sign by the end of May. We will follow the procedures for the transfer after confirming your enrollment.
【Evacuation to home country or to the other area of Japan】
If you are going to evacuate/have already evacuated to home country or to the other area of Japan, please send us following details via e-mail (higo-program@jimu.kumamoto-u.ac.jp ) or via post on HIGO Facebook timeline (https://www.facebook.com/higoprogram.jp ).

*Please write your return day if you know.
*Ensure that you need to inform us your fixed return day again when it is determined.
- Your contact e-mail address
*Please inform us if you would like to use the other e-mail addresses that you are not currently using.
Travel expense of Evacuation will not be covered by HIGO Program. We would appreciate it if you understand this.
【Cutting-edge Seminars and Lectures】
All the lectures and seminars will be cancelled through May 6.
【Business Seminar】
We will send e-mail if the Business Seminars in May will be held, or not.
