Ms. Nirei experienced international kindergarten. Having doubts about conventional Japanese school education, she established GLOPATH Inc. when she was in second year at junior high-school as she wanted to create a space where learners can think about social mechanisms and the meaning of work more to achieve self-development. When she was a high-school student, she bought Shonan International School, her alma mater, and started to run the school. Soon after entering university, she founded HandC Inc. her second company. She just turned 21. As society shows significant change, she is seeking to build a new-type junior high-school that envisions society after 30 years and human personnel required in the future.

In this seminar, students and the lecturer of the same generation will discuss leadership education and creation of future.
