Title:　Some Aspects of Peace Keeping Operation by UN

Abstract:

I would like to confirm about back grounds of peace process of Cambodia, and to share my experience and knowledge of the peace keeping operation in Cambodia, UNTAC, from October 1992 to July 1993. Also, we think together about what role UN can play in maintaining stability and peace in one region or country, and what Japan can contribute to the efforts by UN or international community to build up the stability. We would like to learn how to comprehend the current situation in the world, and think whether we can expect UN as the player for creating world peace.

Through these, let`s study the importance to learn from the history.
