Abstract:

With the mission of Go Beyond Diversity and to support the creation of global creative team, Active Connector, Inc. was founded in 2013. We have supported more than 400 foreign engineers have to find employment at Japanese startups companies till now. In this seminar, I will share the challenges and possibilities of accepting global and diverse manpower in Japanese companies and creating a global team from my forefront experience. I will also share about various work styles and life mission from my career experience in UN, JICA, NGOs, private companies, and entrepreneurship.
