Pediatric surgeon. Born in Osaka, graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Oita University, has worked for emergency hospitals at Osaka/Kanagawa. Started contribution to world-wide healthcare in 1995, established “Japan Heart”, International Medical Volunteers, in 2004. While being President of the organization, he himself conducts over 2000 operations/year, in Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos…, saving innocent lives of infants. Greatly honored with lots of awards like Foreign Minister’s Commendation for FY 2014, Okinawa Peace Prize, 2014…
