Abstract:

This seminar discusses on how to understand your value and belief, and how to identify “your” good company to be successful in a global environment. First, we review emerging opportunities for PhD holders in pharmaceutical and agri-chemical industries. Then, discuss Japanese companies’ unique behaviors resulting in low global presence and recommend behaviors/way of thinking for Asian/Japanese people to be a global leader. As the most critical part of those recommendations, the lecturer introduces some tools to understand your value and belief. Finally, we spare some time for interactive discussion on “Good Company”. At the end, we also cover Human Resource Department’s perspective in graduate hiring.
