Abstract:
The new coronavirus infection that started around February in Japan is now spreading all over the world. Experts involved in the declaration of an emergency asked for the transformation in the ways of our daily lives and behaviors. Transformation of the individual life style is deeply linked to the political and economic conditions and the status of information and technology. It will also be closely related to the transformation of the society and the history. In present scenario, we have to consider it not only as a coronavirus issue, but also as an important issue of historical turning point for (1) Realization of human right to life (fundamental right), as indicated by legal regulations worldwide, and (2) Japan’s low birthrate and aging population.
While covering these issues, I will also share some time with you on the theme of ” Thinking about the child abuse.”
