Abstract:
Ernst & Young (EY) is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. As a member of Global Public Team of Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, we provide high quality think tank consulting services to government and public agencies. To contribute to the establishment of a sustainable and better society, the Global Public Team offers comprehensive services in eight dimensions, namely across four fields ((1) education and science technology, (2) developing and utilizing human resources, (3) environment and energy, (4) investment promotion support and managing public finances) and across four phases ((i) policy design, (ii) verification of feasibility, (iii) project formation and execution, (iv) policy and project assessments).
