Abstract:
Shimane prefecture, one of the fastest aging prefectures in Japan, started brain docking in 1989 to screen brain diseases and has since accumulated a large volume of medicinal information including MRI. With the aim of utilizing such information for early detection of dementia, we established a start-up company in 2017 and have partnered with various companies. We have been successful to file various patents and to gather funds of 145 million JPY. It has also enabled us to accept the qualified people who want to work with us in Shimane prefecture. Along with this success story, I will also talk about work experience abroad, start-up business and importance of work life balance.
