This questionnaire is targeted for all graduates and present students of Kumamoto University Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation Program (Well-Being Program) and the results of this questionnaire will be used for the improvement of the program.
The results of the questionnaire will be anonymized (personal details will not be disclosed) so that specific individuals cannot be identified from it. The data will be used for the purposes indicated in the box below.
