10th Anniversary Symposium and Commemorative Publication
Kumamoto University’s HIGO Program (Program for Leading Graduate Schools, Health life science: Interdisciplinary and Glocal Oriented) celebrated its 10th anniversary with a commemorative symposium and a commemorative publication.
The symposium featured lectures on the 10-year history of the HIGO Program, lectures by graduates of the program who are now active in various fields, and a special lecture by Dr Motoharu Kinoshita, Chairman of the Chemo-Sero-Therapeutic Research Institute (Kaketsuken).
The commemorative publication contains contributions from those who have been involved in the program from the start, as well as from alumni and from both former and current HIGO Program faculty members, providing readers with views on the program from a variety of perspectives.
