Abstract:

Our future is not as so bright as we dream of, isn’t it?

While academic job opportunities are so limited, with 100 or more candidates swarming over one post, which is sadly often temp, private business sphere is not sufficiently delighted to employ doctors due to age limit and/or biased view on this particular kind of human resources.

For Life Science researchers, the reality might be more challenging to meet the corporate demands.

Then, how can we survive? The lecturer is willing to reveal his special “recipe” to be a pathfinder.
