Abstract:
Sharpening career management skill is crucial for us living in the 21st century. To continue our research long, we need to become an independent researcher who never has life tossed about by the immediate QOL (Quality of Life) or QOR (Quantity of Research). In this seminar, we will learn how to achieve work-life balance and the career management skills through value analysis work, in which we identify key words for our life, write sentences to explain them to others and know the diversity of values others have and goal setting work, in which we set short-term, mid-term and long-term goals based on SMART model (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic and Time-related). Anybody who is interested in self-analysis or wants to make a man/woman of high caliber by touching the diversity of value will be welcome.
